Biohazard HD Remaster (PS3) is already available in Japan PSN Store for 3990 Yen (USD 33.6). Meanwhile Capcom has just announced that US and UK PSN price tag will be cheaper at $19.99 for US and £15.99/€19.9 for Europe and will be released as digital title for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on January 20th, 2015. So if you have PS3 and don't mind waiting for 6 weeks, you can buy it cheaper with North American price tag.
For those who are wondering, Biohazard HD Remaster have full English support and English trophies. Full English support are available in menus, in-game text, subtitles, and voice-overs (also available in Japanese), and several other European languages such as Spanish is supported as well.
So here are several ways to get this game:
If you want to get the game for your PS3 right here right now you can buy it from Japan PSN Store. Link to tutorial on navigating Japanese PSN is in the last part of this post. Getting the PS3 version from JP PSN Store is surely the fastest option right now, but the main highlight is certainly to have it in Bluray since the title is currently announced as digital only in the west, you can get the Biohazard HD Remaster PS3 Bluray from play-asia.
And if you want the PS3 Bluray version with English title "Resident Evil" and English manual, you can get the Asian version also from play-asia.

In addition, Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition is currently on sale for 700 Yen ($5.87). The 560 Yen ($4.72) price for Plus member pictured on the left have expired. I think this is the cheapest price for this title so far, definitely alot cheaper than the same game on COOP sale in US some times ago. This offer is only valid through January 7th so if you want this game for a cheap price you may want to get it sooner. And don't worry, it does have full English support as reported in by foreign gamers in Japan. Make sure your PS3 system language is set to English.
