Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, which is the sequel of the multiplayer-focused Tomb Raider's spin-off Lara Croft and The Guardian of Light (currently an IGC on Asian PSN) has just been launched at US/UK/HK PSN today for PS4. No information about availability on JP PSN, so if you currently only have JP PSN account, perhaps you should create account for US/UK/HK PSN. However, which one have the best deal of them all? Here's the price from each store.
US PSN priced the standard edition at same price with XBox One version which at $19.99 and $28.99 for the season pass pack. The season pass also available separately for $9.99 so buying the season pass pack actually only saves you $0.99. Here what are you entitled to if you bought season pass (copied from PSN store): Icy Death and Twisted Gears Packs. The upcoming DLC Packs offer 6 additional costumes and will challenge Lara, Carter, Horus and Isis to conquer additional tombs and collect a treasure trove of unique rings, amulets and weapons as they become available to download.

HK PSN priced the standard edition at HK$119 ($15.35) and season pass pack at HK$195 ($25.2). Season pass also available separately for HK$79 ($10.1). But there is more! HK PSN version comes with additional DLC as early purchase bonus: Hitman costume pack. With no doubt, except for the season pass itself, the price for the main game on HK PSN is the cheapest of all three regions, even without extra discount for its Plus members. However, without considering the bonus DLC, we still think the price differences is not significant enough for suggesting you purchasing it from the other region. So unless you only have JP PSN account, it is better to purchase from any region you have now (if you already have account on all 4 regions, or only have JP account, then I suggest you to choose/create HK account as it is the cheapest (and gives you additional costume), if you join Asian Plus membership you can even freely play the prequel on your PS3 as long as you are staying a member).
Please note that while the game and the online multiplayer itself have no region lock, once you purchase a game from a certain region, the DLC and the game saves will be tied to the game's region. If you purchase a standard edition and the season pass at a later date, make sure both are from the same region (UK/AU/EU are compatible with each other, as well as HK/ID).
For members who have Australian PSN account, if you can easily top-up your account, it is better to purchase the standard edition in your region instead of UK PSN since the price are cheaper at AU$24.95 ($20.8) or AU$22.46 ($18.7) with Plus. The season pass pack is abit expensive in your region though.
Likewise for members who have European PSN account, if you can easily top-up your account, it is better to purchase the standard edition in your region instead of UK PSN as long as the price is €19.99 ($24.7) or €17.99 ($22.3) with Plus. Just like Australian PSN, the season pass pack is a bit expensive in your currency.
