UPDATE: God Eater 2 and Uncharted 3 are still available.
This week is the big week for PS Plus members around the world. All four regions of PSN are going to update their game offer gradually starting from US PSN at 6th around 12PM PT. So if you are not a member of PS Plus you may miss the chance to claim these IGC from December 2014. Let's see the list. Clicking the country two-letters-region-code behind the titles will open a new tab to the corresponding game on PSN.
(These games are in English)
PS4 Killzone: Shadowfall JP

PS4 Secret Ponchos US, UK, HK, JP
PS4 SteamWorld Dig HK

PS3 Disgaea 4 Fuuka & Desco Show JP
PS3 Everybody's Golf 6 JP
Vita Everybody's Golf 6 JP
Vita Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited JP
Of course suggesting you to become a member of Plus on all four regions is absurd and expensive, especially that all games offered by PSN US are also available for PSN UK members. Nevertheless I have no power to stop you from grabbing the game you want above as an IGC (free to play as long as you stay a member of Plus). Some of these may be actually one of the games you've always wanted.
To purchase Plus membership, go here for US, UK, HK, or JP.
30 days membership starts at $10 for PSN US, or $8.9 for PSN UK, or $5 for PSN HK, or $4.3 for PSN JP.
If you become a member now, you will get both December and January IGC games. PSN US and EU already announced their January line-up and today HK PSN and JP PSN announced theirs as well.
If you are wondering how to create four PSN region accounts for yourself, read our guide on how to set up all four PSN accounts straight from your PC. The registration is free and open to everyone everywhere in the world, not limited to any nationality or place you live, you can also check the FAQ if you are in doubt. You can purchase top-ups for your account from sites such as play-asia or cdkeys or pcgamesupply. See also our guide on how to top up your account from PC.
Please note that unlike on PS4 and PS3, switching between PSN region on PS Vita system requires factory reset of your Vita console and separate Vita Memory Card. Kotaku has written a detailed tutorial on how to change PSN region on PS Vita. If you think this is too much hassle, perhaps it is better to wait until the game is being offered in your region.
