There are some minor things that you need to know though. First on PSN Japan, some of the games will be available later at 14th. And although if you are a Japanese PS Plus member and eligible to purchase inFamous: First Light at $1.36, you can not purchase the game without credit cards. So unfortunately you can't take advantage of this deal.
30 days membership starts at $10 for PSN US, or $8.9 for PSN UK, or $5 for PSN HK, or $4.3 for PSN JP.

Please note that unlike on PS4 and PS3, switching between PSN region on PS Vita system requires factory reset of your Vita console and separate Vita Memory Card. Kotaku has written a detailed tutorial on how to change PSN region on PS Vita. If you think this is too much hassle, perhaps it is better to wait until the game is being offered in your region.
