Not only this past few week is very silent, lately, there is a lack of game sales in all of PSN webstores. It seems most of the sale goes to DLC items right now. Nevertheless we try to inform you what is going on in these PSN stores, some of the deals might suit you.

We need to remind you again that, all things marked as Add-Ons on PSN webstores are DLCs. And DLC is region locked to the games region. So if you have a game bought from US PSN, you can not buy DLC from UK PSN and vice versa.

1. You can now download your IGC if you are EU/US PS Plus member. While JP PSN's IGC is already claimable since last week, HK PSN's IGC need to wait until 12 hours after this blog is posted. Click here for US PSN / UK PSN / HK PSN / JP PSN.
2. Bastion (PS4) released in US PSN, and priced for $14.99 ($13.49 with Plus). This is the main spotlight of Spring Fever #6.

This is your PS Plus April 2015 IGC from PSN JP!

For the first time, PSN JP revealed their IGC line-up earlier than PSN US/EU. And not only that, these IGC will live tomorrow! Which means today is your last chance to get the March 2015 IGC from PSN JP which is a lot of games.

A rule of thumb, all western Indie games are presumed to have its original English version intact. So if you are getting indie games and don't speak Japanese, chances are you can still play it. Another rule of thumb, all Japanese games that is either Racing, Fighting or Shmup are almost guaranteed to have English menus, although the explanations may be Japanese only.

The line-up for US/EU PSN is not yet revealed, but one game for PS3 is confirmed to be Dishonored. Woah Dave! (PS4) is also free for Plus members in April but it is not a part of IGC.

Some PSN updates: Japanese PSN is crazy! In a very good way!

We don't create that title out of nowhere, we are still excited how Japanese PSN treat its PS Plus members in all around the world, for a reason we will tell you soon! Keep scrolling.

US PSN may win in term of game sale (yeah, under $1 games is hard to beat, we end up spending $10 for several games). But for Plus members, Japanese PSN took the crown as the best PSN this month.

As announced last week by PSN JP (we are late, we know), starting from March 25th until 31st, if you are a JP PSN PS Plus member in that date, in addition to the current IGC, you will get two additional games to play.

And these two games are very popular title:

Both games are Japanese version only unfortunately, so if you don't understand Japanese, these would only have a little use. But, still we have to call this a crazy offer. Since, speaking from our own experience, one month of JP PS Plus only cost you $4.3. We subscribed at March 3rd, just in time to get the February IGC and March IGC. Added with these two new games, we will need to make space for another GB in our consoles.

That's not all. Our 30 days subscription will finish on April 3rd, and the next IGC will live on April 1st, which means we are eligible to claim the games that will be offered next month (and we will claim them of course). We usually let our subscription lapse until we think we need to be a plus member again (normally we lapsed around 50 days).

We don't know yet what the April IGC are, but we predict we will need to do some space management to keep all those games we got by just spending $4.3

Not only that, if you have a JP PSN account and never subscribed their PSPlus before, you can join the 3 months PS Plus for a special price $4.1 (price only valid until 31st).

Deep in our heart, We hope each PSN store are as crazy as Japanese PSN store when they serve the PS Plus members.

Either a pricing error or official price, Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition (PS4) is definitely cheaper than its PS3 version on UK PSN, priced at just £9.49 (US$14.3), this is the cheapest Sleeping Dogs for PS4 at this moment. Since we don't know what makes the price so low, it could be that this is a pricing error. So if you want to take advantage you should do it quick. This has been confirmed as the deal of the week for PS4.


==================== PSN JP ======================


Japan-made Indie Hack and Slash game that was released on Steam, Croixleur, has its PS4 port released in JP PSN called Croixleur Sigma (Japanese Only) for 1500 Yen ($12.4) and will include its PS Vita version as well (will release later this year). If you are fans of the game, you may want to check this out. Also PS4/Vita version has additional characters and perks listed by Gematsu.

If the game above is not your style, you can also get the animated 2D fighting game Skullgirls Encore (PS3) from PSN JP for 770 Yen ($6.4). The price is only valid until April 1st Japan Standard Time. This game has full English support, we've tested it.

If you are fans of Japanese games on PSP you can check this link for the full list of games being offered on this sale. They are the best cheap games on Japanese PSN at this moment. Bear in mind that except for Skullgirls Encore, all other games are not guaranteed to carry English language option.

Legend of Heroes -Sen no Kiseki- got its DLC for sale this month. The DLCs are all crossbuy for PS3 and Vita version. It's a bit shame that the game itself is not cheap at 3400 Yen ($28).

=================PSN HK/Asia ===================

Jump to PSN HK, one interesting update is, the free-to-play quirky game Shake Spears! is now released in Asian region for PS3 and PS Vita. If you wonder why it entered our list? Well, it doesn't cost a dime and if you are a user with Asian PSN account, you can now use your own region to purchase add-ons, and no need to swap Vita memory card if you are using Asian account on your Vita.

Next! Marie Rose, Nyotengu, and Phase 4 character DLC price for Dead or Alive 5 (PS3) has at last been dropped to HK$30 on Asian PSN. Now they are priced just the same as standard characters. If you are playing DOA5 Ultimate or Core Fighters and have been waiting for these characters prices to drop, now is the time to buy. If you want to get all three of them, get the bundle at HK$77 here.

There are some discount for PS Plus members in Asian PSN, but most of the games that are under HK$100 are titles we are not familiar with. You may check them here.

Games you are going to miss out if you are not a Plus member yet! (EXPIRED)

UPDATE: Last month's IGC has expired.

If you are still waiting for the March 2015 Instant Game Collection list and looking for any info about it anywhere -just like us-, then you're still out of luck. It seems PSN US/EU will announce the games tomorrow or even at the day when game list updates (March 3rd), which practically made US/EU PSN in the same league with PSN Asia/JP in revealing game list.

If you haven't noticed, PSN US/EU usually reveal the free to play games for the Plus members up to one week before the store updates. In this case it should have been revealed around February 24th. PSN Asia normally on the first day at the week when the updates happening, and this means tomorrow. And the last PSN to reveal their list is PSN Japan, which usually only reveal the full list in up to two days before the day of update. Although two of the titles for JP PSN is already leaked.

Well we try not to dwell into this matter too much. Let's hope each PSN give us the best games to enjoy. And before that, check these games that you will miss out if you are not a Plus subscriber and haven't claim them yet:

And I still recommend that now is the best time to subscribe Plus, since you are eligible to claim the February 2015 IGC, and eligible to get March 2015 IGC as well, and have some times to play them. Remember that you need to manually claim them though.

Please note that unlike on PS4 and PS3, switching between PSN region on PS Vita system requires factory reset of your Vita console and separate Vita Memory Card. Kotaku has written a detailed tutorial on how to change PSN region on PS Vita. If you think this is too much hassle, perhaps it is better to wait until the game is being offered in your region.

Yakuza Zero demo is now available for non Plus members of JP PSN.

After being available exclusively for JP PSN PS+ members, the Yakuza Zero demo is now made available to everyone who are JP PSN member in all over the world. No top-ups required, just click the link below to see the game page on JP PSN. Remember, this game is still Japanese only.

After clicking the link, click on the grey button (with Japanese text 体験版) below the game logo picture on the game page. The demo is quite heavy at 4~5GBs for each console, you might want to do some space management before downloading. You can read our guide if you are confused how to get a game from JP PSN webstore, the guide is written for purpose of purchasing game, for free stuffs or game demos however, the steps are extremely similar, if not exactly the same.

You may want to get the demo now and keep it since the demos for Yakuza series are usually disappear awhile after the game released. You can't even look for Yakuza 5 demo anywhere in any PSN webstore. Even Yakuza Ishin! demo is no more available in JP PSN. Luckily they are still up in HK PSN. So if you missed those, you can still download them now.

BBCP and Toukiden confirmed to be your March'15 Japan PS Plus IGC!

UPDATE: No need to read this anymore. The full list for March 2015 Japanese PSN PS Plus IGC is already out. See here. And yes, these two games are legit.

It seems two of the content for March 2015 IGC for Japanese PS Plus members all around the world are leaked. We don't know if this is real or not but it seems the picture is legit enough, it is said to come from a pamphlet (brochure) given in a store and has been snapped and uploaded on Twitter universe. Moreover, there are several gamers' blog in Japan such as this one and this one that are talking about it.

If this information is true, then we got several confirmations from the picture.

1. One of the game for PS Vita is an Action RPG titled Toukiden: The Age of Demons, and the version offered is the "PSVita the best". This game is Japanese only. Source.
2. One of the game for PS3 is a fighting game BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma (most blog predict it is for PS3, while we can't see it clearly in the photo, it seems it is for PS3 due to the lack of space as in "PS Vita", and this version of the game is not available on PS4). No language information about this game, so expect Japanese only.
3. The April 2015 Japanese PS Plus IGC will live on April 1st.

If you can't read Japanese, BlazBlue is a great offer since a fighting game doesn't really need any Japanese language proficiency.

For US/EU PSN, we heard some rumours about an Indie game titled Helldivers is one of the crossbuy offer for March 2015 IGC. No matter how convincing the probability is, we only treat this as rumour. Expect the goodies for US/EU PSN to be revealed in this week. Stay tuned.

Yakuza Zero have demo available as early access to JP PS+ members all around the world. (EXPIRED)

Ready to see the past of Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima? Are you currently a member of Japanese PS Plus?
