And although if you are a Japanese PS Plus member and eligible to purchase inFamous: First Light at $1.36, you can not purchase the game without credit cards. Please note that unlike on PS4 and PS3, switching between PSN region on PS Vita system requires factory reset of your Vita console and separate Vita Memory Card. Kotaku has written a detailed tutorial on how to change PSN region on PS Vita. If you think this is too much hassle, perhaps it is better to wait until the game is being offered in your region.
