Resident Evil Revelations HD (PS3) will be your January 2015 IGC if youare a member of JP PS Plus

Everybody knows January's IGC will be inFamous: First Light and The Swapper (both PS4) in US and UK PSN. But now another option has been revealed.

PSN Japan announced a game that will be offered for its Plus members everywhere in the world. The PS3 game Resident Evil: Revelations HD (Game is Fully English. source) is going to enter Instant Game Collection from January 7th and will be claimable until replaced with the next update on February. And speaking of February, its sequel, Resident Evil Revelations 2, will be released episodically from February to March 2015 in JP PSN as well as US/UK PSN, and might it that be for this very reason that the predecessor gone IGC, or perhaps it's a coincidence? Hmm.

It is currently unknown whether this game will be offered as PS3 IGC in US or UK PSN as well.

For those who don't know yet. Resident Evil Remastered has just released a week ago in Japan (in Digital and Bluray, Western release is digital only and 6 weeks late from now while Asian release is bluray only). It is a remake of the classic PS1 Resident Evil game with HD graphic. It seems this winter is really the moment of Resident Evil.

If this information made you interested to join Japanese PSN, the registration is free and open to everyone everywhere in the world. The subscription for PS Plus is only $4.33 for 30 days. If you're wondering how to set up Japanese PSN account, here's a full-pictures tutorial: Setting up JP PSN (Incl. purchase tutorial). Top-up vouchers with reasonable price available from this site.
