UPDATE: Now already available in Asian PSN (HK, SG, ID, etc.)
Arc System Works' new Vita Action-RPG games FANTASY HERO -Unsigned Legacy- is now available in US PSN for $14.99. All other regions will have to wait until Q1 2015 (no exact date yet) as informed by the developer itself in their blog post. It is confirmed that this title is currently US PSN timed exclusive as search result for fantasy hero returned no result on UK PSN and HK PSN only have Japanese version available.
If you've been eyeing this game and want to play it now, perhaps it is time to consider to buy it from US PSN. Even if you are still considering, you can try the free demo from the same PSN region. If you don't have US PSN account yet, you can set up a new US PSN account. The registration is free and open to everyone everywhere in the world. And you can top-up your account from play-asia or pcgamesupply.
Please note that unlike on PS4 and PS3, switching between PSN region on PS Vita system requires factory reset of your Vita console and separate Vita Memory Card. Kotaku has written a detailed tutorial on how to change PSN region on PS Vita. If you think this is too much hassle, perhaps it is better to wait until the game is released in your region.
