UPDATE2: The game has been released in US PSN, albeit just a bit expensive at $60 for PS4 and $50 for PS3, unlike HK PSN which bundled the bonus character, Elphelt Valentine available separately to claim for free on US PSN. Still no words for European release.

JP PSN user can purchase the PS4 version a bit cheaper for 5980 Yen ($49.9) but there is no words about English support, and it is a lot of hassle to navigate Japanese PSN, so I will still say Asian PSN is the best English-friendly option.
Again from all Asian PSN, Indonesian members got slightly cheaper price with PS4 version at $51 and $43.7 for PS3 version. So if you have Indonesian PSN membership and have ways to purchase the prepaid voucher of this region for a reasonable price, you should consider to get it from Indonesian PSN instead. SUCKS THAT US CAN'T PURCHASE THIS OFF THE HK STORE!
ReplyDeleteYou can actually, PSN account are not region-locked, you just need a new email (never registered on PSN before) and HK address for registration, Any HK address is fine, you can even google a famous hotel name's branch in HK and copy its address. You can do this process in US or anywhere in the world.
DeleteFor top-ups, you can purchase from www.play-asia.com which provide HK region voucher for reasonable price, payable with paypal.
Remember that after a successful purchase, make sure not to delete that HK account and always remember the password. You'll need it forever to play the game and for future deals on HK PSN.
Forgot to mention that when you create a new PSN account, choose Hong Kong as your country. The whole things are in English.
