If you don't have a HK PSN account yet, follow this video tutorial: Setting up HK PSN. The registration is free and open to everyone everywhere in the world, not limited to any nationality or place you live, you can also check the FAQ if you are in doubt. You can top-up your account from sites such as play-asia. For price with Plus discount, you'll need to become member of Asian PS Plus, you can subscribe HK 30 Days PS Plus (HKD38 / $4.9).

Please note that unlike on PS4 and PS3, switching between PSN region on PS Vita system requires factory reset of your Vita console and separate Vita Memory Card. Kotaku has written a detailed tutorial on how to change PSN region on PS Vita. If you think this is too much hassle, perhaps it is better to wait until the game is getting discount in your region.

We do aware that a lot of prices for the same game on HK PSN is more expensive than the ongoing Holiday Sale and Flash Sale on US PSN, or even Deals #12 of Christmas and January Sale on PSN Europe. Nevertheless, Asian PSN is offering several different games than US and Europe. So you may find the game you want for a cheaper price here. Remember to check other deals on PSN World Deals.
